Responsibilities:
Provides oversight of the daily operations of the employed physician enterprise and works with the related professional officers to ensure financial success, managing growth and maintaining the organization’s premier reputation in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Develops strategic plans, directs and coordinates administrative activity, reporting and analyzing practice operations, monitoring billing performance and overall financial and operational performance.
Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience
1. Minimum of seven years of prior experience within a healthcare setting that includes implementing operational plans and analyzing financial and quality data. Four years of previous experience managing multiple physician practices with an employed physician base is required.
2. Prefer experience with electronic health records and billing systems. Experience with Epic preferred.
3. Master’s degree in health administration or another related field required
