For this role, the home base can be established in Clovis or Visalia.

European Wax Center Training or Hard Wax use experience is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of Training experience is required.

This role requires 50% travel time.

You will be working as a waxer in center every alternate week.

Job Summary

The role of a Regional Wax Trainer is to onboard, train, and provide continuous coaching to the waxer team, to help set them up for long-term success. This role will cover multiple (six) centers in Cental valley and SF Bay Area, California. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Initial Training of all new Wax Specialists.
• Conduct Follow Up Training for all new hires in the center.
• Implement corporate training and development programs in the center.
• Helping Waxers build their business through understanding the KPI’s, their significance, and their impact on growth.
• Responsible for checking scheduling effectiveness/ utilization on a weekly basis.
• Participate in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participate in all Regional and Peer Trainer Meetings.
• Evaluate and coach new and existing Wax Associates.
• Provide feedback and input to support the development of new and innovative training materials.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with Center Managers and Regional Coaches.

Qualifications:

• High preference given to RED Level peer trainer with 5+ years of EWC experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist in California or have a license from a state with a Reciprocity relationship with California.
• Must have complete scheduling flexibility and open availability to travel with short notice. Which includes overnight, weekend, and extended days.
• A valid Driver’s License as there is travel that requires driving.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to give, receive, and implement feedback.
• Positive, confident, and strong team player who can work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and gsuite (gdoc, gsheet)
• A strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for EWC.
• Understanding of the EWC Vision and Strategy.

Experience as a prior or current (Minimum 2 years)

• High preference given to RED Level peer trainer with 5+ years of EWC experience.
• EWC Wax Specialist.
• Cosmetology Instructor
• Regional/ Corporate Wax Trainer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
