Job description
- Develop new business opportunities with focus on retail clients
- Manage existing customer accounts
- Consultative sales experience
- Grow new and existing business opportunities with product and service offerings
- Ability to partner with business operation teams both internally and externally
- Sales goals achievement – meet and exceed established financial targets
- Effectively forecast product and revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with multiple levels of contacts in new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of sales, sales management or loss prevention experience
- Working knowledge of EAS products, video or loss prevention solution sales with Fire/Burg/Guarding
- Minimum 50% travel required within designated territory or trade shows
- Proven record of achieving assigned sales quota
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Experience selling to or working in the Retail Industry - an advantage
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively across business functions as a team player to achieve common goals
