Red Bull Business Development Manager
Job description
Objective of the position:
- Selling and executing Red Bull strategy and initiatives within a set group of Local Chain Accounts.
- Consists of District Manager, Key account and chain account responsibilities
- Continually build our business in terms of market share, sales volume, distribution, revenues and profitability within a specific sales team. Recruit, hire, and train salespeople to skillfully meet and exceed all team and company objectives. Develop salesmanship of team through exceptional goal setting, planning, directing, controlling, managing, and measuring activities. Develop and manage outstanding internal and external relationships
- Prior Sales and Management Experience
- Prior Chain Sales Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred
- Possess Analytical and Critical thinking.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word
- Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by an ability to set and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials
- Current driver’s license with clean driving record.
