CAMFS is currently hiring an Recruiting Coordinator I to join our Corporate Training team to support future growth of the Company. The Recruiting Coordinator I is responsible for driving a best-in-class talent acquisition (TA) experience by coordinating the administrative activities of the requisition delivery and candidate management to optimize service delivery. As an essential contributor to our high-performing team, the Recruiting Coordinator is also responsible for the successful operation of the logistics management function and, therefore, impacts the success of the Cox Talent Acquisition team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive day-to-day TA logistics operations in alignment with service delivery metrics, methodologies, and processes to achieve CTA goals:Provides guidance to the CTA team and internal partners on technical/procedural questions and innovative practices as their day-to-day logistics management subject matter expert.

Serve as a liaison to candidates and hiring managers by building effective relationships and employing effective communication mechanisms/routines designed to maximize information exchange

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics throughout the requisition lifecycle, including but not limited to:Executing all TA administrative processes as needed

Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers as needed
Administrating candidate assessments as needed
Booking/assisting with candidate travel as needed.
Initiating, conducting, and managing pre-employment screening as needed
Preparing new hires for first day activities
Assisting and/or leading compliance reporting and document management

  • Balance the customization of individual logistics solutions with the alignment of TA vision and the adherence to consistent CTA practices
  • Embed relevant talent management practices, compliance requirements, and diversity & inclusion strategies within logistics management activities.
  • Serve as a member of the CTA team by role modeling the vision of the team, the values of the company, and the focus on CTA’s best-in-class status:Act as a day-to-day liaison with Cox Talent Acquisition Leadership, Requisition Delivery, Candidate Management, and Pipeline Management to ensure continuous alignment between logistics management and overall, TA strategies and processes.

Drive operational improvements and team engagement through transparency, ownership, and collaboration.

Collaborate with teammates to:Seamlessly deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences
Support functions as needed (e.g., posting open positions, extending offers, managing applicant tracking requirements, etc.)
Maintain accurate and timely documents pertinent to the recruiting process.
Actively enhance skills and abilities within logistics management by developing an understanding of business unit talent strategies/culture and understanding TA strengths and challenges in assigned areas.
Utilize available tools and resources to enhance logistics management throughout the requisition lifecycle.
Network with internally and externally to stay abreast of trending and best practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of professional work experience required.
  • Minimum three (3) years previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume, or complex environment required.
  • one (1) year as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant Role preferred.
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Experience providing consultative guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Proficient providing consultative guidance and recommendations to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to handle difficult conversations with tact and sensitivity.
  • Able to support the development and on-going improvement of interview coordination processes.
  • Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success.
  • Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Strong responsiveness and sense of urgency
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, professionally, efficiently and follow through on multiple work initiatives at one time.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED:

  • BS/BA strongly desired
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking and Talent Management System (Workday)
  • Previous experience working in a Corporate Human Resources department.
