We are currently hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Boston, MA or Cincinnati, OH (as the preferred locations) , but are open to this role sitting in Breinigsville, PA or Milton, DE as well.

*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams’ weekly schedule.

What You'll Brew:

• Provide comprehensive support to ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
• Develop Interview agendas for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panelists
• Assist with booking travel arrangements when needed for candidates
• Initiate and track pre-employment clearance process
• Maintain tracking of candidates at various stages of our process
• Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure completion of pre/post interview activities
• Work on ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed

Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience
• Previous experience supporting a team, maintaining sensitive data, and responding to requests
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting pre-determined deadlines
• Solution oriented problem solver
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in an HR department within food, beverage, or other consumer-branded/manufacturing business is a plus
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus
• Strong sense of urgency and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
