Job Summary:

The HR & Recruiting Coordinator will source qualified candidates for our growing workforce and support the hiring needs of Advanced Medical Management as needed. The successful recruiter will build effective relationships with our Human Resource team, hiring managers and candidates to ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Updates and posts open positions through job boards or other means of advertisement.
  • Sources and coordinates the full recruitment cycle
  • Proactively discover passive candidates through social media, various job boards, job fairs, and other recruiting methods
  • Understands and explains Advanced Medical Management’s culture, qualifications and requirements of all positions
  • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate onsite interviews for final selections
  • Communicate with hiring managers on hiring needs and candidate screening process
  • Assist HR team as needed with specialty projects and/or initiatives

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of customer service & phone skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use multiple computer systems seamlessly
  • Multi-state experience is a plus

Education and Experience:

  • 1 year of recruiting or HR Assistant experience desired.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate’s Degree in relevant field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting maximum of 20 lbs.
