- Working in the Norcross, GA area
- Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday 7:00am - 11:00am
- Direct Hire
- Benefits starting day one!
What you'll do:
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates through various talent communities
- Use sourcing channels and technologies to find qualified candidates
- Work with local resources to partner with associates related to building talent pipelines
- Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure hiring needs are met
- Monitor and manage individual performance metrics
What we need:
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Sociology, or a related field
- 1+ years experience in recruitment
- Must be familiar with the Norcross, GA area
- Commitment to finding diverse talent
- Customer Service experience
- Experience using applicant tracking system(s) as well as sourcing channels and technologies
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
