Essential Duties:

  • In partnership with Team Member Services Manager, develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in all divisions.
  • Partner with key management to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing goals.
  • Work with key management to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through initial phone screens or in person interviews.
  • Ensure that all job descriptions and specifications are compliant and up to date.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity and resources.
  • Provide timely follow up with the candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
  • Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
  • Develop and execute an annual recruiting calendar that includes networking events, job fairs, and campus engagement activities.
  • Support catered events to access and evaluate talent.
  • Prepare hiring packet to include offer letter, benefits, and schedule orientation.
  • Manage all job boards.
  • Send offer letters/track acceptance rate.
  • Manage EE background checks and driving record checks for drivers.

Qualifications:

  • Clear understanding of the recruitment processes
  • Experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
  • Effective organizational, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
  • Maintain knowledge of all federal, state, and local laws regarding employment practices and all personnel policies and procedures
  • Ability to identify, gain trust and recruit top talent.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Previous food service experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruiting software.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,895.56 per year
