Job Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for all responsibilities related to recruiting from start to finish under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Hours: 37.5

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Posts vacancies electronically using Jazz and/or Paycom, external job boards, websites, social media, etc.
  • Remains current and implements data driven recruitment tactics and strategies
  • Works closely with hiring managers to ensure candidate skills and fit during the hiring process
  • Sources and recruits passive candidates
  • Conducts phone screens, schedules interviews, ensures pre-employment checks have been sent and completed prior to hire
  • Seeks out and participates in career fairs and other hiring related events
  • Compiles and delivers recruitment data on a regular basis
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be highly proficient with computers, systems, and other related technology
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace
  • Self motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, judgement, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations a plus
  • Experience with Paycom and/or Jazz a plus

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 years of recruiting experience required
  • 1 year working in human services required
