Title: Reconciliation Specialist
Location: Addison, TX (hybrid)
Position Summary
As a Reconciliation Specialist you will work with the FBO team to reconcile all card transactions which flow through the NCR Payment Business Portal and ultimately through the ‘For Benefit Of’ (FBO) account. This process ensures that all client transactions are captured, funded in by the card networks, and ultimately funded out to our clients.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Import and upload various data files into reconciliation spreadsheets.
  • Complete individual client recons by comparing and clearing items between the various data sources and bank records.
  • Identify, research, and resolve any out of balance issues.
  • Consistently look at process and identify opportunities for improvement or streamlining.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 0 - 3 years of experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with ability to work with large amounts of data (i.e. Macros, PivotTables, Tableau)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management including senior corporate leadership
