Automotive Receptionist / Sales Coordinator

Full-Time Position

$13 per hour plus Bonuses! Great Benefits!

Volvo Cars Winston-Salem has an immediate need to hire a Receptionist / Sales Coordinator
who will greet visitors, answer calls in a courteous, professional manner, and coordinate appointments with Sales people. Receptionist / Customer Service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities – Receptionist / Sales Coordinator:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a smile and helpful, professional demeanor
  • Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
  • Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages
  • Coordinate appointments with Sales people
  • Acquire inventory
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, etc.
  • Perform other duties as needed


Qualifications – Receptionist / Sales Coordinator:

  • Multi-line phone system experience is preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Clerical and administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • A positive attitude and professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Must be dependable!
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
