Saturdays and Sundays: 3:00pm-6:00pm
Lutheran Life Villages is currently searching for a Part Time Evening Receptionist to join our team. This ideal Customer Service Representative candidate will work three Weekdays from 4:30pm - 8:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00pm-6:00pm. The Receptionist is responsible for promptly greeting and responding to residents, staff, and visitors in an efficient and pleasant manner. This includes in person and phone calls. They will be knowledgeable about ongoing activities and directions throughout campus in order to appropriately direct visitors and others on campus. This individual may process and distribute incoming mail, newspapers, and deliveries. They will also be responsible for a cash drawer and process transactions such as meal ticket or postage stamp purchases.
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year in a customer service position is preferred. This individual must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be organized and detail oriented. Basic computer experience, preferably with Microsoft Office applications, is helpful.
