Looking for a Receptionist/Data Entry clerk for a small but very busy office. The ideal candidate for this job will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable with incoming calls, greeting clients, troubleshooting client issues, and multitasking other front office duties. In addition to daily front office duties, this candidate will need strong Excel knowledge for databasing for various projects. Attention to detail is a must. Familiarity with social media for businesses, creation of email blasts using Constant Contact and creation of graphics using Canva is a plus. *Responsibilities * Answer Phones Greet Clients Data Entry – (alpha numeric) Material Inventory/Ordering Client application research and resolution *Requirements * Excellent Customer Service Skills Typing – 45wpm Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Adobe Constant Contact Canva Working knowledge of general office equipment HS diploma or equivalent *Preferred * Typing and 10key by touch Ability to lift 50+ pounds Familiarity with the insurance industry (Medicare)
