Receptionist
Conifer House is currently hiring for a part time receptionist. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task with a friendly smile, must be quick to learn new computer programs, and possess poise and confidence.
The shift is Sunday 9am to 5pm and Monday 8am to 4:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate
- Maturity
- Computer Literacy
- Receptionist experience is preferred!
- A heart for serving the senior population.
JOB DUTIES:
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- *Managing multi-line phone system
- *Scheduling, verifying, troubleshooting transportation for residents
- *Taking payments, giving receipts
- *Meal ticket preparation
- *Picking up and distributing mail
- *Meet, greet, direct visitors
All applicants must pass background and employment drug tests upon hire, all information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
