Responsibilities:
Our UT Health Tyler hospital is seeking an experienced Receptionist. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills in our CVC Clinic here you will be responsible for:

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Responsible for greeting patient’s, scheduling appointments, and data entry of patient health information and demographics.
  • Charge entry, and collecting patient’s due balances.
  • Responsible for daily closing and balancing of daily work, bank deposits and faxing to appropriate sources.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • High School diploma required
Experience:
  • One year customer service experience
  • Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
