Job description

Basic understanding of payroll and payroll terms are a must. This position will handle 80+ payroll clients and will need to have great attention to detail. There will also be general receptionist duties required. Prior experience working with the public is required.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare payroll and after-the-fact payroll for 75+ clients.
2. General receptionists’ duties

Qualifications
1. 2 years of payroll experience preferred
2. Very friendly and outgoing
3. Experience using QuickBooks, Excel and Word
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize

Sick Time: .5 day/month is accumulated for sick time—paid at ½ of accumulated sick leave at termination.
Vacation Time: One week of paid vacation after six months; 2 weeks after one year. Vacation is paid at 40 hours per week. Full pay upon termination for unused vacation time.

Health Insurance: Individual coverage up to $350/month. Any additional coverage would be taken out of paycheck pre-tax.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour
