Receptionist – 1x Position
Location: Moorgate/Old Street, London
Contracted/Employment Hours: 45 Hours Per Week
Salary: £30,000.00 Per Annum
Holiday Entitlement: 20 Days + 8 Bank Holidays
Shift Pattern & Timings: 09:00 - 18:00 (9 hours per shift – Paid Break) – Week Days Only
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet & Greet Customers/Occupiers
- Reception Duties (customer service and administration)
- Answering Phone Call & Responding/Composing Emails
- Checking Pass & Signing in Visitors, Contractors and Couriers
- Delivery & Post Handling/Distribution
- Reporting Accidents, Incidents, Near Misses & Building Defaults
- Emergency & Escalation Processes
To manage the day-to-day running of Reception, to deliver operational activities and services in line with agreed service levels/management agreements, associated legislation and compliance. A clear focus will be applied to general management of Reception, its safety, general compliance and managing contractors.
Support the Building Manager and on site Security officer(s) to develop operational service excellence through the frontline team/employees to ensure all accountabilities are delivered above and beyond clients’ expectations.
Regularly report to Building Manager on all Reception matters
