The Receptionist is responsible for professionally directing incoming telephone calls and visitors to appropriate destination, distributing mail, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by administrative staff. This position is a Monday - Friday position from 7:30am-4pm paying between $18.00-$20.00 a hour.

manufactures premium semi-custom kitchen cabinets and bath vanities and our production jobs perform a variety of task that begin with cutting our raw materials, sanding,staining, building and assembling to crate the exact vision of our consumers. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming telephone calls and directs to appropriate staff including, receiving and distributing messages.
  • Greets and welcomes visitors and directs to appropriate staff.
  • Distributes incoming mail and prepares and mails outgoing mail including courier mail.
  • Assists other departments wit duties such as preparing monthly statements for mailing, and processes production/shipping paperwork.
  • Monitors office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist Production Control by creating and organizing bill tickets as needed.
  • Assist Purchasing with tracking and managing inventory and purchase orders as needed.
  • Assist Human Resources with filing, clothing orders, and other duties assigned.
  • Assist Accounting team with printing and organizing invoices as needed.
  • Ensures coffee is available and welcome area is cleaned and organized.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School education or up to one month related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
