We are looking for a 1st shift Receiving Coordinator to work in our Shipping and Receiving department. In this role you will be responsible for verifying incoming shipments and working with our material handlers who pick orders, ensure shipments were picked up on time, enter all freight information, and work with customers and our internal customer service team to ensure customers’ needs are met. You will also do administrative tasks in our ERP system to ensure the accuracy and shipment information is correct and timely. You will process the shipments throughout the day to make sure that all of the necessary steps get done.
Outlook Group is a contract packaging company with over 40 years of experience in the custom product packaging & printing industry. We print Labels, Folding Cartons, and Flexible Packaging and provide Contract Packaging options.
