Qualifications

• Ability to accurately monitor 400+ mortgages including verifying payments have been made as well as proper allocation of principal, interest and impounds.
• Verify (JV) Joint Venture Partners Buy ins with Investment Relations Coordinators. This entails the recording of Journal Entries from investment transfers with RAD and Cash Payments.
• Monitor JV Partners Buy outs per contract as they come due. Record all transactions including rollovers and transfers.
• Follow up and follow through to ensure all disbursements for approximately 3,000 real estate investors are tracked and presented for approval.
• Track all JV Partner investments in Property Management Software.
• Update and verify JV Spreadsheets monthly.
• Ability to understand Purchase, Refi, and Rehab loans and terms.
• Property Management: Income and expense related to rental business. Ability to read and assemble a Profit & Loss Statement.
• Familiarity with a Property Management General Ledger.
• Familiarity with IRA's, LLC, and other various entities.
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to research and work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Computer Experience

• Google, Sage, QuickBooks, AppFolio, Property Management Software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
