You leverage our value tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve our OP’s expectations of recruiting market share and consulting with the top 20% of agents to set their goals and direct them toward productive solutions.

You have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales and/or recruiting experience and are viewed as a top producer. You understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls), and how to support others in making great business decisions.

What will you do?

The top priority of this role:

  • Actively engage and attract productive associates (with market share) through business consulting, disruptive training, and KW technology (recruit and retain)
  • Coach & consult the productive/top 20% associates (Top Producers) to increase productivity, profitability, net worth, and wellbeing

You will also…

  • Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with Market Center team
  • Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs
  • Lead and/or partner with Market Center team to increase associates’ productivity through business consulting
  • Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs
  • Oversee the ALC (associate leadership council) and ensure ALC growth in productivity and profitability
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with OP
  • Ensure Market Center is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses
  • Actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture
  • Lead sales and business meetings

  • Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems
  • NLP Coaching experience is preferred but not required

Compensation
