Overview:

The Lease Administrator will be responsible for managing, collecting reviewing and inputting data into ATM (Real Estate Life Cycle Management System). Will act as a liaison between the various business teams and the development teams. The Lease Administrator will support the creation of business and management specific reports & presentations as required. They will also be responsible for coordination of Signage.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs data entry tasks to support the Real estate, Construction and Facilities group.
  • Perform abstraction of Commercial Real Estate Lease Agreements. Including interpreting, summarizing and abstracting lease points into the database accurately.
  • Maintain file systems, including the data integrity of information contained in the database application used for tracking all Lease related data including vendor/landlord changes.
  • Maintain and update critical dates and lease clause issues within the database.
  • Assist in preparation of reports as required.
  • Assist with project scheduling and budgeting as required.
  • Approve all signage layouts and coordinate with the marketing department.
  • Verify signage project costs and approve quotes.
  • Reconcile invoices and send to accounting
  • Maintain signage installation schedules and coordinate with operations.
  • Review and approve signage project invoices and coordinate with the accounting department.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written and time-management skills.
  • Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years' experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields having worked in either (or both) the Landlord and Tenant sector.
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred or experience with lease administration.
  • Proficiency with various computer applications required.
  • Experience with commercial real estate database applications such as Yardi, Prolease, Virtual Premise, and Tririga preferred.
  • Customer Service driven personality.
