Job description
The County of Riverside's Facilities Management department has an opportunity for a Senior Real Property Agent to join their Real Estate Division. This position will be focused on leasing, project management, and tenant improvements. The incumbent will also provide lead oversight and mentorship to Real Property Agents within the division and are expected to perform the most difficult and specialized real property work which will include negotiating complex lease agreements, overseeing a real estate portfolio, and performing lease administration and management. Other duties will include: providing technical direction and training as well as assigning and reviewing work.
The Senior Real Property Agent is the advanced journey and lead level class in the Real Property Agent series. This position is a great opportunity to grow within the county and will be eligible to compete for a promotion to a Supervising Real Property Agent in the future.
The department desires candidates who are customer focused and can build great customer relationships as well as those who have the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
