We are currently seeking Automotive Team Members for our growing Team! Automotive Team Member perform oil changes as well as other automotive services, with a focus on our Guests’ needs and expectations. This is a highly valued and incredibly important role within our Centers and critical to our success. Every Automotive Team Member receives comprehensive training from FullSpeed University to become a Certified Lube Technician. Our locations also offer full-service automotive repair, so you'll have future developmental opportunities. Position Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Check and communicate oil level to other Teammates, Ensure tire pressure is checked and set to proper inflation, Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary, and Complete vehicle inspection.
  • Perform industry standard services such as oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, wiper blade installation, battery replacement, tire rotations/replacement, and more!
  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience through quality service and professional interaction.
  • Assist guests by answering any questions and presenting additional service recommendations with integrity.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting facility for Guests and Teammates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time.
  • Perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
  • You may need to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
  • Need to have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift up to fifty (75) pounds.
  • (Preferred) Certified Texas State Inspector - Additional compensation.
