About this Position:
Production Associate will help identify quality related issues to departments for quick resolution.
Responsibilities include:

Inspect units with customer viewpoint

Guarantee shipping quality
-
Work efficiently in process
-
Feedback all issues in a timely manner

Understand and help maintain plant targets
-
Inform Team Leader or Coordinator of issues that need support

Assist with stop shipments
-
Support Vehicle Quality department activities
Who we are seeking:
Required Experience:
Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience
98% or better attendance
Minimum of 3.0 on last performance evaluation
Must not have a second/ final level counseling within the past twelve months
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Other job specific skills:

Basic computer knowledge

Troubleshooting skills

Understand Operation Standards/ Specification Check Sheet/ Quality targets
