Reporting to the CQHCPO, the Quality Manager is responsible for assuring that the highest quality standards are met, while leading quality related performance improvement work for all divisions at Central City Integrated Health. The Quality Manager works in collaboration with key clinical department directors and leaders to provide education to departmental staff regarding quality measures, facilitate performance improvement and clinical quality improvement activities throughout the agency. He/She is responsible for monitoring the agency-wide performance improvement, quality management, and utilization management programs consistent with board approved policies and procedures and rules and regulatory standards. The Quality Manager assists with preparation for required meetings and audits.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration or a related field required (in lieu of a health administration/related degree; a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of health care analytical or quality improvement experience required)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent work experience in healthcare quality improvement required
  • Two (2) years of recent leadership or progressive supervisory experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse partners and audiences
  • Proven organizational and project management/coordination skills, including the ability to build and lead effective work teams, lead committees, and manage a diverse array of projects/tasks. Multitasking is a critical skill to accomplish the variety of goals with varying timelines, budgets, and staffing resources
  • Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) highly preferred
  • Experience with HRSA/UDS, PCMH, Title X, Meaningful Use and Community Mental Health preferred
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting critical deadlines
  • Must maintain confidentiality relating to data in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Must have the ability and flexibility to adapt to change determined by agency funding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
