Summary / Primary Role:
In this position as the Quality Engineer, we are looking for someone that can perform both manual testing and develop automated test scripts for the benefits of test speed and consistency. This is not a simple tester role, success in this role will come down to your ability to think outside-the-box to come up with both scenarios and testing practices that will create the best digital experiences for our customers. The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to test case development and documentation, test execution and outcome communication, and collaboration and coordination of testing activities within an agile team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Writing and executing test scenarios in an agile team environment
· Communication of testing results as input to UAT and release procedures
· Collaboration and coordination of all testing activities within the team
· Maintenance and implementation of the test data management strategy
· Ensuring test case management standards are consistently followed
· Building and maintaining automated tests and test suites

Qualifications and Key Skills:**
(The following are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills or ability required for this position)
· 5+ years of experience working in an agile team environment
· 3+ years of experience testing cloud-native solutions
· 3+ years of experience testing integration APIs and other system-to-system integration patterns.
· 5+ years of experience with Test Case Management software (i.e. Quality Center, QTest)
· 5+ years of experience writing and maintaining good test cases
· 3+ years of experience writing automated tests using tools like Selenium
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English
· Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work harmoniously with a diverse team

Work Environment:**
Normal office environment with some remote work.

Physical Demands:**
Must operate normal office equipment such as a phone, computer, and copy machine. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
