Job description
Adhering to local, state and federal regulations with regard to testing products for expected standards and possible contamination. Recording all data accurately and must have computer literacy to maintain this data in appropriate media. Lab work will be required as needed. Provide guidance to hourly production employees pertaining to proper hygiene control standards as well as prodcut quality guides.
