Job description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of GC (General Contracting) experience working as a Quality Control Manager, Project Manager or Superintendent (at least 2+ years of experience working as a CQM) working on projects over 35M+ in size (preferably federal construction projects)
- Must have experience preparing, reviewing, submitting product submittals.
- Candidate will be full time on-site working on a USMC Base in Baltimore County, MD (Camp Fretterd)
- CQM Certification (NAVFAC or USACE)
- Familiar with EM385 (Govt safety requirements)
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines.
- LEED and OSHA experience preferred.
