Description Overview
Provides on-the job training to both new employees and existing staff. Works to ensure the entire staff is cGMP compliant with SOP’s and have the proper curricula assigned in the online learning system for all tasks performed by each employee.
Scope of the Role
- Provide hands-on training for new and existing employees
- Data review for training paperwork
- Preparing/presenting large group training sessions such as CAPA training and enhancements.
- Updating TCs and training program improvement projects
- Working in the online learning management system
- Participate in Safety & Continuous Improvement initiatives
Experience Required
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred along with a minimum of 2 years experience in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory.
- The trainer must exhibit a good understanding of equipment use and proper documentation skills.
- The trainer should show increasing responsibility as a laboratory technician or equivalent position.
