GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Individual selected for this role will provide leadership in continuous quality improvement by overseeing an
agency-wide audit system, understand external requirements and will create audit tools from these
requirements, support their implementation and be responsible for summarizing the data and ensure
incorporation of audit results into decision making. Individual who is selected will participate in the
satisfactory completion of all external audits/reviews/surveys by all outside stakeholders and revenue funding
entities and serve as the liaison between the agency and those entities completing the audit/review/survey.
Primary work schedule will be 8:30- 4:30 Monday through Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with a Community Service Board, or working in a Quality or
Utilization management role, knowledge of data analytics.
