Quality Assurance/ Data Notifications Coordinator (Boca Raton, FL)
Job description
This is a full-time in office position and must be located in Boca Raton, FL or surrounding areas.
Here's what you will get to do:
- Generates Notification Letters using specific client protocols to ensure correct format and process
- Reviews processed documents for accuracy prior to sending out to client
- Reviews workflow functions to ensure tasks are being completed
- Acts as a mentor to new Notifications team members by assisting with the training process
- Liaises with clients where necessary regarding processing correspondence
- Adheres to client protocols and jurisdictional regulations including, logging, processing and progress inquiries
- Contacts appropriate agencies for verifying information
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task without compromising extreme attention to detail
- Operates company software and equipment
