We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Auditor for our janitorial services. As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting inspections at various locations to ensure that cleaning teams are following specific cleaning guidelines and standards. In addition, you will be responsible for following up on reported issues and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Pay is $14-$18 per hour. Position is part time but the is an opportunity to move to full time. You can have a flexible schedule that consists of morning, afternoon or evening shifts, that may change weekly. Schedule will sometimes include weekend shifts. A clean background check, driving record, and valid driver's license is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Job Duties:

• Use company systems for multiple aspects of position, including time tracking, action items, inspection results, etc.
• Develop monthly visit schedule to ensure all assigned locations are attended to
• Tour and inspect locations during both day and overnight operations weekly to ensure that cleaning teams are following specific guidelines
• Provide specific direction to Field Management and assist in following up based on the red flag system timeline
• Communicates with Supervisor and members of Operations to professionally relay requests, issues, or general information.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationship with service partners, conducting client satisfaction surveys, in-person
• Assists in building out company database that documents information about each service location
• Maintains vehicle fuel, expense, maintenance records on any vehicle assigned
• Assume the position of a cleaner to address location needs, in urgent situations
• Provide a daily and weekly summary report on store visits, inspections, action items, etc.
• Report any issues, concerns, or important occurrences with client immediately to VP of Business Systems
• Continually required to stand, walk, bend, stoop and kneel
• Perform other duties as assigned
