We are profitable and growing plant looking for people to grow with us.

Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process (Molding, Print and Accessories).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process (Molding, Print and Accessories).

· Enters data into Zontec data collection and SPC software.

· Initiates NCM whenever a non-conformance occurs and employees appropriate containment actions.

· Quarantines non-conforming product to ensure that defective product does not reach the customer.

· Performs line audits of both print and molding lines according to the control plan.

· Conducts specific trials and data collection as assigned by supervision.

· Employee will be required to follow all relevant work instructions, adhere to company policy - including safety and health policies, and to complete any job requirements as directed by management

· Have a history of good performance reviews

· Adhere to SOP and follow all company safety procedures

· Maintain 6S standards

· Have a good attendance per company policy

· Maintain a low level of CAR tags

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
