Position is eligible to be fully remote or can work onsite at our Mequon, WI office
What will YOU be doing for us? Design, implement, maintain, and support the Qlik Data Integration Suite (Replicate, Compose, Enterprise Manager) tools in cooperation with the data warehouse solution and build data integrations to meet the requirements of the business and manage data analysis across various systems. Provide process support for internal departments and external clients including implementing new or changing processes and procedures.
What will YOU be working on every day?

Install, maintain, configure, and document new Qlik Data Integration Servers (Replicate, Compose, Enterprise Manager) and related infrastructure

Implement, monitor, maintain, and support Qlik Replicate tasks that transfer data inside and outside of the organization

Act as the first level of operational triage support and work in partnership with internal team members on investigating and fixing replication defects

Work collaboratively with internal resources to assess and understand technical specifications and business requirements for new systems and setups while providing technical assistance to support existing client implementations

Work with the internal and external teams to analyze and evaluate different design alternatives and process improvements

Design and implement new Qlik Replicate\Enterprise Manager API automation scripts and maintain current automation code to support existing needs

Properly communicate technical information to internal and external clients to ensure shared understanding

Actively participate on an Agile scrum team, sizing work efforts, decomposing tasks and iteratively delivering software.

Participate in software release and post release activities

Have a reasonable understanding of core engineering concepts

Identify and analyze Qlik Replicate and Qlik Compose performance opportunities

Design and implement Qlik Replicate and Qlik Compose performance enhancements

Implement, maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server Distribution and Replication supporting Qlik Replicate tasks
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related degree or equivalent years of internal experience.

3 years of experience in a Qlik Data Integration (System) Engineer or similar Data Replication/Integration tool role
-
AND/OR
-
5 years of experience in a database administrator/developer or .NET application developer role

Independent research and analysis capabilities
-
API script design and implementation (e.g. PowerShell or other programming/scripting language)
-
Knowledge of SQL Querying including joins, filtering, and merge supporting data analysis and troubleshooting data results
-
Familiarity with Data Warehouse Structures and how they are used

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to others.

Ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals and communication styles.

Strong problem solving skills.
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate?

Previous healthcare management experience.

Knowledge of Qlik Data Integration (Replicate, Compose and Enterprise Manager) or similar data integration tools

Knowledge of SQL Server Distribution and Replication or similar.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps or other ALM/Source Control Software
