Job Description:

Currently seeking a full-time Database Technician in our Canton, MA office to assist in computerized sewer data collected by our fleet of trucks.

Position: QAQC Associate

Where: Canton, MA

Shift: Monday-Friday, Days

Pay: $20-25/hour plus overtime.

Job Duties:

• - Quality Assurance and Quality Control in regards to Video quality, fidelity of audio, and accuracy of data produced by our field technicians.
• Timely importing and tracking of any and all data turned in, as well as proper up to date documentation.
• Transferring files from a hard drive to a server in a clean organized manner
• Creating, binding, and sending out reports along with their properly formatted data to clients, (hard copies and via box link).
• Interacting with clients and providing support to them when necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines for multiple jobs.
• Extremely keen troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with Windows 10
• Strong typing ability
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Travel locally to our Brockton office or nearby job sites. (<5% of your time)
