What You Will Be Doing
- Support day-to-day purchasing functions
- Control and reduce costs through value engineering, accurate estimates, & contracting valued trade-partners
- Manage vendor contracts and insurance compliance
- Assist in the opening of new communities
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all estimates and start packages
- Coordinate and run weekly purchasing meetings
What You Need for this Position
- 7+ years of Purchasing Manager experience in single-family or multi-family environments
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Strong background in MS Excel, ERP, and scheduling tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Strong, competitive base pay ranging from $100k - $130k
