At 911ERP, we take care of first responders, or as we like to say, we serve those who serve. You will play an integral role in making this happen. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of what it takes to keep the business ticking. Think of it as the ultimate hybrid role where you will learn the supply chain from start to finish. You'll be doing things like order processing, purchase orders, supply chain management, and communicating with customers as well as vendors. You will be the focal point between logistics, customer service, sales, and accounting. There's currently 15 of us (and counting), each with a unique role on the team and each with the firm belief in teamwork. This position is perfect for someone who wants to take their experience in operations and business to the next level. We will help develop and grow you professionally. Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase Orders and manage ETAs for on-time delivery, expediting orders when necessary.
• Manage relationships with vendors and other service providers.
• Keeping staff and customers informed on order statuses.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Vendor communication.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
