Responsibilties
- Able to pull parts for a job and process paperwork correctly.
- Crate building including measuring, cutting, and assembly using power saws, screw guns, and pneumatic nailer.
- Handle receiving, packaging, and shipping.
- Follow necessary PumpMan procedures and work instructions.
- Read paperwork or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials to be used in assembling product.
- Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled, following drawings and/or work order.
- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
- Modify parts as needed to complete assembly.
- Safely operates forklift or electric hoists to move product when necessary.
- Test or assists in testing operation of completed product.
- Follow safety guidelines and uses all required personal protective equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping in assembly area.
