What will I be doing?

As a Public Area Cleaner, you would be responsible for cleaning all public areas and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of public areas as assigned
• Vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping carpets and floors
• Dusting, brushing, polishing, and vacuuming furniture and décor
• Cleaning sinks, toilets, and other bathroom items
• Removing and replenishing used amenities
• Removing all trash from public areas
• Completing assigned deep-cleaning projects
• Reporting lost and found articles, maintenance problems, or any other issues
• Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions/services
• Shift times: 8am-4:30pm
