PREMIER THERAPY, an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 20 years' experience in senior living communities is looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist Assistant to work full-time/part-time or PRN at our partner's skilled nursing facility in Sagamore Hills, Ohio. Compensation up to $29/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience) with great full-time benefits to include 20 days of PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) employee participation after 90 days, free CEU's and more. Must have an Ohio license in Physical Therapy Assisting.
Must have an Ohio professional license.
Flexible position you choose full-time, part-time or PRN.
Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Family education.
- Facility in-services and education.
- Attend care planning conferences.
- Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
