Long Island based multi location Outpatient Psychiatric Facility seeking a Psychiatrist.

We are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

Evolve Psychiatry is a mental health outpatient center on Long Island, NY with locations in Massapequa, Syosset, Garden City, and Albany. We provide excellent care to a variety of ages and populations and believe in quality mental healthcare as a movement.

We offer services including Medication Management, Talk Therapy, and Alternative Treatment options such as T.M.S and Spravato.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day job will include: evaluating, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication, monitoring medication, evaluating treatment plans, providing referrals for additional treatment needs, and providing therapy.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree, Board Certified or Board Eligible, BC or BE, Unencumbered DEA, State licensure
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Degree
• Doctor of Psychiatry
• Board certified or board elgible
• Strong clinical skills and judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Experience treating children and adults with a variety of mental healthcare needs

Skills:

Empathy, communications, active listening, problem solving, ethical, ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options
• Participate in professional development activities
