This position can be work from home anywhere in the United States. Must be willing to work an EDT schedule.

This exciting role is a fast paced healthcare provider support role, intended to support improvement of provider data for our Medicaid provider network.
  • Responsible for researching provider data inconsistencies and making outreach to providers to request and/or verify the provider data.
  • Responsible for submitting needed changes to the load team for system updates to occur.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years experience working in Provider Relations, Provider Operations or network support of provider contracts and data
  • 6 months of call center or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to research provider data in multiple systems and tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel working knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated success prioritizing work and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with QNXT systems
  • Medicaid Knowledge

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience preferred.
