We are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician to anchor our Atlanta team at OnSight PROS. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing residential rental properties by performing detailed photographic reports on homes for property managers. The successful candidate must live within a 30-mile radius of the area listed above and be able to drive within a 50-mile radius around their current residence to perform condition reports.

Job Duties:

• Driving within a 50-mile radius around your current residence to perform detailed photographic reports on rental homes for property managers.
• Thoroughly reviewing single-family residential properties for overall condition and any damages/issues.
• Documenting damages through photos and comments.
• Preparing accurate and detailed reports on the properties reviewed.
• Performing quality control on completed reports and providing feedback to ensure high-quality standards.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining confidentiality.
• Carrying ladders, changing smoke alarms and air filters, replacing door stops, etc. as required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Maintain and manage inventory

Job Requirements:

• Current car insurance in your name or that you are listed as a driver
• Dependable, pay attention to details, and customer friendly
• Reliable transportation (with vehicle insurance/ i.e. using your own vehicle)
• Ability to fit a 4 ft. ladder into your trunk/backseat
• Ability to use a ladder and basic hand tools
• Experience with using the latest technology (such as an iPad or iPhone)
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Willing to work in diverse weather conditions, such as heat, cold, rain, snow, and other similar situations.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Work Location: Residential properties distributed across the Atlanta Metropolitan Area

Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, with 2 Saturdays out of the month required. On those weeks, you can take a different day off instead.

Pay: Between $35,000 and $45,000 annually, depending on commensurate with experience and qualifications.
