Property Manager / Deposits Case Assessor (Work From Home)

• Location: Remote / Home Based
• Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 basic (potentially rising to £32,000)
• Contract: Full time, Permanent
• Hours: Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week

Our client is looking for a highly organised individual with an excellent telephone manner and experience in dealing with complaints or claims handling within the Property, Legal, or Customer Service environment to join their Disputes Team. Experience in the Property Sector, ideally the Private Rented or Lettings Sector, is desirable.

Working in a fun and vibrant environment, you will be tasked with:

• Handle and resolve deposit disputes receive, including early resolution via telephone
• Provide advice to Landlords and Tenants over the telephone and by email
• Approve dispute cases, assess evidence provided and log disputes, ensuring that all information is recorded accurately and in time
• Collect and collate dispute evidence and disputed amount fees
• Maintain relevant spreadsheets/logs and providing data to relevant parties
