Responsibilities:
- Initiates purchase requisitions for needed materials and supplies and forwards to supervisor. Maintains inventory control and performs inventories
- Closes and forwards purchase orders to appropriate department
- Receives shipment of goods and handles outgoing shipments
- Checks for validity of goods, purchase orders and accuracy of bill lading
- Receives orders, issues supplies and takes physical inventories
- Requests clothing purchases, coordinates fitting sessions and maintains clothing inventory at a level of 2.0 months or less
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- An individual must be able to perform the functions of planning, implementing, and evaluation of programs
- Requires the ability to analyze data and write reports
