Alpine is looking for a full time Property Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. If you value integrity, teamwork, are proactive and have attention to detail, Alpine may be right for you!
Essential duties:
- Responsible for maintaining professional communication and relationships with owners, tenants and vendors
- Responsible for coordinating with Leasing Agents to ensure prompt leasing of vacant units
- Responsible for enforcing lease agreements and processing lease violations
- Assist with tracking and performing Lease Renewals
- Assist with Delinquent Rent Collection
- Must obtain (within 6 months) Property Manager license in State of South Dakota
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in property management
- Strong communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience answering phones and use of computers in an office setting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of property management software desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have a valid driver license and vehicle
- Must be fluent in English – bilingual abilities a plus
This position is in an open office setting primarily working on the phone and computer. It is a full time salaried position with office hours from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday and very limited on-call duties. It is primarily an office-based position with requirements to regularly drive to other locations.
Starting annual salary $40,000, 80 hours of PTO accrued the 1st year of employment, Simple IRA with 3% matching, health insurance with company contribution toward monthly premiums. Dental, vision and supplemental insurance available to all employees.
