As an Insurance Sales Representative you will help to generate and culture prospects and referrals from various sources, make outbound calls, visit local businesses, Centers of Influence, and service vendors to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services.
With a wealth of training, knowledge base resources, and support teams at your fingertips, youll be able to help protect the dreams and assets of our community members by offering Insurance products protecting both personal and commercial pursuits such as Propery, Auto, Life, Commercial GL, Commercial Auto, Habitation to name a few . Salary Range: $35000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Help to create and work within a sales "funnel."
- Generate Centers of Influence
- Participate in Networking Groups
- Call & email prospective customers
- Generate Referrals from current customers and COI's
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
- Work hand in hand with the Agent and Marketing team
Requirements
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Must be earned within 60 days while training on company computer systems, software, & processes.
