Job title: Property and Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45245 (On-site)

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, the associate has to handle inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires excellent communication skills; an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments, and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Receive requests from 3rd party/customer entities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to the requestor via call/mail/email/fax.
• Provide responses to insurance policy-related questions
• Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm policy-level / coverage-level changes
• Submit changes to existing policies
• Set up a reminder and follow up with customers in a timely manner

Qualifications:

a) High School Diploma or GED equivalent,

b) Active Property & Casualty Producers Lines license for Ohio is a MUST. Any other state license is added advantage.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
